– 3 ripe brown bananas – 2 eggs – 1 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent the cake from sticking later.
Peel the ripe brown bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Use a fork or masher to mash the bananas until smooth and lump-free.
Crack the eggs into the bowl with the mashed bananas. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the eggs are fully combined and the texture is even.
Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula or whisk until you get a smooth, thick batter without overmixing.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Tap the pan gently on the counter to release air bubbles and level the top for even baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
